On the most part I like Marani and I think the company has potential. The stockholders are a different story. If I were a company in Marani's position and was trying to gain credibility for past indiscretions or inexperience by adding transparency. The updates were interesting but the trouble they created by leaving themselves open to badgering and harassment by impatent stockholders. I can see why they have cut back. They sign a contract for advertizing and people are knocking on the vendors door wondering why they haven't started yet and questioning the credibility of the company.
When you buy into a company on the OTC they have rules that they report at certain intervals. That is the way it is. If you don't like it then find a different stock or investment. Penny stocks have no guarantee. You can't buy them and assume to be a millionaire in a matter of days or weeks. Settle down get a life and grow up.
