What seems to be lost in your very solid translations is that once the ability to buy the shares vanishes, so too, in the greys, does the ability of a seller to sell their shares to said buyer.
As with the suspension, the SEC isn't going to publicize anything to anyone. But, when it happens, everyone will know.
I expect they're starting with the top...and seeing who rolls, and what rolls downhill.
I'll be curious how far down the totem pole the hits keep coming.
