I think they are trying, they may not have the shares
They used shorting by a few techniques:
Dumping shares to make money on more shares shorted then they undersold!
They may have realized that if they attempt to dump shares at a low price, people will just buy them up quickly!
The NEXT CATALYST IS People willing to pay a Reasonable Price, that means a Price where people will buy and sell and consider somewhat fair!
Longs are not interested in celling at .07 cents, and with the MM Gapping it, it looks like to buy, you have to pay a 10% premium and that is for a very low amount of shares!
Plus I think people really did lock up their shares this time!!!
