That could be a sign that The FINS ARE GREAT!!
They may be trying to create volume to get more shares!!!
The shorts: often short something until it is so under-priced, then they buy!!
They NEED VOLUME to MAKE MONEY, by either buying low priced shares, or Shorting and attacking!!
No Volume = No Money for Shorts and a great Risk, because buying could send it much higher, due to low volume!
