You're absolutely right. Weekly updates from the company is great news indeed! I would guess that registering on the forum will allow the company to send a weekly update to you via e-mail; I'm assuming that the updates will be made available on the IR section of the site as well.

I like the fact that the company is releasing information on a "need-to-know" basis, and only after the actions described in the PR have been executed.
