If he was ORDERED by legal to shut off communication ,you cannot blame him ,

it does not cure your disappointment , but it may be the only alternative he has ,

SEC are NOT a very forgiving agency , they work like DA's ,only interested in 100% record

guilt or innocents    don't matter too much ,  even police don't want to file crime reports

because ,more reports make the numbers look bad .....for them ..and politicians,,Go figure ,,
