I have to say this about Janice, although I don't like the bashing a stock I'm invested in I do know that a few times the SEC seems to have done precisely what she wanted done or predicted. That is shut down or halt the trading of P&D companies. Kudos to her if she helped stop copmpanies from bilking future investors. But, yeah, I do understand that present investors get screwed.
