$PNTV breaking news
From the court room......Just in.....public information....PNTV won the motion in court today against COMCAST for the $150 million dollar suit. That's all 3 motions have been won by Players Network. COMCAST now must go to discovery. They know they don't have a case and a likely settlement will be offerd. 10 mill ? 20 mill? 50 mill? Huge for PNTV and the growth of WEEDTV.com and VEGAS LIVE growth as WELL as aquisitions rumored. I expect the big boys already in will be buying large amounts on this news.
Public info from the public hearing in court room today. Motion for dismissal is denied on all counts. Keep in mind Comcast already lost the venue and it stays in Vegas court. Comcast is toast and will have to settle IMO. PNTV has a very solid case.
