I'm going to comment quickly since I am on vacation/honeymoon in Las Vegas.
As for Luis Bolanos' purchase - basically the group of top investors agreed to step up to the plate with $500k each.
Luis's prior purchase was $300k....this one was $120k......I figure there is about another $80k coming.
This last transaction with Luis was a purchase based upon everything that was discussed at the meeting and that can be logically concluded from Baltia's position in the process (Luis was funding to the completion of phase II, others would fund with the commencement of phase III and proving flights).
