I think people would be OK with a 10-12 trading range on news of a TA acquisition. That's a healthy gain for short-term profit takers as the next level of consolidation occurs.

Remember this sustained rise is with no promotion and lots of bashing. I believe ADVFN or an affiliated hedge fund is stuck short.

You haven't figured out what S-1 client revenues will generate yet have you. That will add substantially to the trading range.
