It appears you post on both boards. I do not!....I was convinced to invest in Treaty, a number of years ago, by the companies former IR guy who at one time owned over 16 million shares.....With respect to market maker manipulation it is amazing that the SEC has completely ignored that problem. However, while it is very easy to manipulate those OTC stocks that have only a couple of active marketmakers it becomes more difficult, as in Treaty, when there are more firms making a market.
