As one of the commenters below the article asked, how can Abcann and Aphria be licensed producers, but not listed on the HC website? If you go to their websites (at least Abcann, I haven't checked Aphria yet), it DOES say that they are licensed producers. So is the distinction that they can produce, but not sell???

I remember coming across this before, when another company had said they were licensed to produce, but were still waiting for their license to sell, yet the HC MMPR website doesn't seem to make this distinction. I wonder if they can produce because someone at the company had a license under the MMAR???
