BCAP can trade on the Grey Market or go private and it won't have any bearing on the legal case or its inevitable outcome.
I wouldn't confuse the status designation otcmarkets.com assigns a ticker with its legal standing in a court of law.
RIGH has Current status according to otcmarkets.com, but its already a dead company walking from a legal perspective.
