The sale of my Silicon Valley 2 bedroom townhouse for 550K and the purchase of a choice 3 bedroom house here in Bend, Oregon for 279K sure did help out. My new house is right around the corner from some mansions starting at 500K and less than a third mile to a golf course. It appears that I will need to brush up on golfing, (last time I played was over 30 years ago...lol). It seems like everyone is leaving California and moving here. It also seems that this stock as well as my other stock, (private message me if curious), are going to make my early retirement the best...
