then with that clock reset (they buy themselves time) they can bombard
the board again

each pps round lower >> demoralizes an exhausted retail
to say nothing of impacting mgmt's ability to access capital
which results in ever more significant dilution on offer

just a reminder >> at the 5 year window >> most legit OTC stox
(preyed upon like JBII has and still is) would have an issued and
outstanding of 1 BILLION shares >>

depending on the agreement with this yet filed company
mgmt may or may not have to do a R/S specific to uplist

i don't rule it out .. i don't rule it in .. it will all depend on P2O's price tag
and the demand that is created for prox
