Most big block share holders give their shares to a market makers to sell for one set Commission price and not on a per trade basis , this is why you dont see even flow on the time and sales in most cases and you get these large bid whacks of lets say 100K shares on the bid when the avg, size ask trade has been 20K shares , watch time and sales on a campaign awareness ticker you see out there
