Your posting is confusing to say the least. If BCAP is going to .05 then how is anyone out of luck when BCAP is still under .001?
It really shouldn't matter that much if someone got in at .001 or if they got in at .0006 if as you say BCAP is going to .05 should it?
Now if you are just slinging some stinky blue cheese you have molding on the shelf and it's not going to see more than .002 perhaps your point is valid.
