$YLLC have done 2 F/S for small ratios , not quite sure why ?will read the filings more to get a better understanding

Capital Change=shs increased by 5 for 1 split Ex-date=08/08/2011. Rec date=07/22/2011. Pay date=08/05/2011.
Capital Change=shs increased by 3 for 1 split. Ex-date=04/04/2012. Rec date=03/30/2012. Pay date=04/03/2012.
