There's something else I found. I used to go to the site http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx to see the mining companies with foreign capital in Mexico. This site used to list Cinco Minas in Exploration phase for Bandera Gold.

This site has been replaced by www.sgm.gob.mx.

If you go to http://www.sgm.gob.mx/directorio/DirInicio.jsp you will see the Mexican mining directory in 2014 last updated on 02/04/2014 - 10:00. This lists all the companies active in Mexico.

Click on Empresa (company) and click on the letter B to list all companies with B. And guess what?

Bandera Gold is not listed as active company in the Mexican Mining Directory therefore not being active in Mexico anymore

Just a follow up on the Mexican Mining Directory 2014 post. I asked when the webpage http://www.sgm.gob.mx/index.php?option=com_co...;Itemid=68 from the Mexican Mining Directory 2014 was last updated. The last update was on February 4th 2014. BGL has not been active in Mexico since then if they were active before.

Awesome information nightfly. Seems SRGE/MSJ/Novamex and now Agnico-Eagle Mines, Ltd., are in working in Mexico. I wonder if MSJ may have sold out their company lock stock and barrel to Agnico-Eagle Mines (via Agnico's subsidiary Minera Agave S.A de C.V.)? MJS's SRGE shares we believe are/were in Novamex Mineral S.A.
