I remember this same topic came up a few months ago. So I called one of my account (Kapital) and was told that your shares could only be lent out if your had a margin account.....But I don't really know what's going on behind the scenes.....Currently, I have a margin account with TDA & I have that set $5 for a sell....this account holds 50% of my NTEK....Does anybody know for sure about this topic?.....I have no problem setting sell orders on the rest of my shares, although one account does have that limit amount selling above current PPS.
