Angel has an ethical responsibility to RIGH shareholders NOT to honor a fraudulent deal created by a current and former scamster.

One can only speculate about the amount of evidence Angel has about the former dealings between Randy & Dwyer.

Angel has shared this is being investigated by FINRA, he would only know this if he had initiated the investigation or was cooperating with it.

All good news in my opinion.
