i am thinking what was meant was "this may help add to the float being bought up". I do not think the public float will be increased in size due to the deal. If it is, it defeats the entire purpose of helping shareholders obtain more value faster. The only reasonable explaination i can give is that its a way for MIHL to lock the float faster by allowing investors the opportunity to buy more shares with the same funds the set aside to do so....may be why im waiting as well. Never know Personally one day i would love to sit on the BOD. I am a little young but hey younger have made great accomplishments such as bill gates LOL
