That poster is stalking a few of us.  I'm not sure whether he is paid to do what he is doing or is just a whacko.

I PM'd him today telling him I could understand why he was sued since he makes statements as if they are facts when he has failed to do his DD.  For instance he claimed there was no naked short in Overstock ever even though GS's own law firm screwed up and made emails public which proved it was being done which they wanted sealed rather than exposed to public view.
