That's exactly right.

Additional comments:

- In the hypothetical scenario that every single Preferred was converted the Common share structure would remain the same - ie everything would still be valued on a per share basis of 2.36B precisely as it is now.

- In the hypothetical scenario that every single Preferred share was converted, there would be no voting control available to the Preferred.

There are other reasons not to convert Preferred to Common, but people can figure that put for themselves.

The entire argument is false and stupid. Only a moron would peddle nonsense.
