First, I should mention that I have never relied on a flat panels speakers ever. Everyone flat panel TV I have ever owner has terrible sound distribution.

I bought a Vizio Surround Sound from Costco for about $280 and it's an excellent home theater system with bluetooth. The system has 1 long soundbar, 1 bass, 2 rear left and right speakers and it's excellent. My biggest concern was not having wires for the rear and bass and the bluetooth solved that equation very nicely. It's worth every penny.....

As for Seiki's sound on the TV, it's terrible. ALL TV's are terrible at sound distribution and it only takes ONLY $230 to change that!

ALSO! Costco has a cheaper version of this set without the rear speakers for $150!!! WAIT! Now on Sale for $130!!!!!
