How do you know that GTGP will get revoked if they don't start filing soon? Do you work for the SEC? IF not, then you are clueless. Revocation can only occur after a hearing before an administrative law judge takes place and so far none has been scheduled. This tells me that the CEO has contacted the SEC and discussed some sort of timeline to file the financials. Don't forget that there will be a 4 month window between the time that a hearing is scheduled and the hearing to take place and this will also give 4 months to file the financials before any sort of revocation is in the cards.
