FINRA is investigating BCAP...
...because BCAP was paid above market value for the 750 million shares they cashed in on the backs of RIGH current shareholders...
There will be no 800K Preferred.
This is why Dwyer hasn't filed FINS for 2 years, and/or taken this to court.
BCAP = RIGH writeoff, as said before, and via BCAP's blog, and touches on it lightly in the filings today. The evidence is for the write-off.
