The smart thing for you to do would be to also talk to IR and ask what obstacles still stand in the way of any processor running in full, profitable production.
Talking to other investors to discuss the company while the company withholds material information from all investors isn't going to yield any useful answers...unless the topic is, "Why do you think the company always keeps us in the dark when the technology is supposedly so bright??"

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
