Ok, so stating that the company's communication SUCKS is not soft bashing, but stating a valid opinion, right?
Perhaps his opinion is that a Gold Standard test should be 98% or better. Ever consider that? Or has the label of "Soft Basher" been firmly affixed?
Seriously, I think you're way too involved in this stock and a break might do you a world of good. Good analysis is one thing, but lately it seems (at least to me) that the obsessive overanalyzing of these studies borders on paranoia. What do you think, Gerald is trying to pull a fast one on us, and trying to cover up data that isn't good by deceiving us and trying to spin it as better than it actually is? That's what it sounds like from reading your posts on this topic on every board.
I don't know why you don't simply call or email Gerald and ask for clarification instead of looking for answers on the board. I get a response when I do that in almost every case. Go to the source. Otherwise all these concerns you're posting might appear to be soft bashing, and might get you banned if someone doesn't like your tone. LOL
