there is a reason, a few actually.
We are doubting that the divis will come, doubting that the buyback will happen this month, and, not enough new investors eyes on the company right now. Longs are content with their amount of shares. Not enough buying pressure.
This will change. soon? maybe. In a month or two? maybe.
