If everything you just described is in the Q then IMO the pps will jump to .015 to .02 .. Just depends on if ppl hold their shares tight and understand when annuals fun drop in march pps should be well over .10 maybe higher to .15 cents.. I don't think the float has increased just a lot of flipping because ppl sit on bid instead of ask slapping. I to got 350k shares today.
