Exactly. It was a settlement. Mr. Bordynuik admitted defrauding investors and paid a fine in exchange for the OSC dropping the allegations. Now it's no longer 'alleged'. It's an admission of guilt. Leave it to the spinners to take that completely out of context in trying to recruit new victims.
