No announcement yet! Buybacks may have happened already
If the company announces that it is about to buyback shares, the price goes up!
It is much better for them to just buyback shares and then announce that they bought them back!
We do not know if they already have bought them back or not!
Everyone seems to be missing the big picture... Buybacks, Dividends, Investing Capitol in the company... are all JUST TOOLS TO:
Reach the real Goal, which is make your shares more valuable!!! They should do this whatever way is best and will increase the companies value the most!!!
If they get my shares to .25 or .50 or $1.00 by changing their structure and plans... I am most certainly not going to complain!!!
My guess is that they will announce all of that with the audited financials. They basically have to, since the audited financials will show Buybacks, Dividends, Capital expenditures and everything else!!!
Ntek has an amazing management team and are building value for the present, future and long haul!!
