Bordynuik, unlike Heddle (who publicly announced he was not going to draw salary, Bordynuik never made such statement) can sell unlimited amounts of shares as he has done in the past and never have to report it to shareholders.

So even if it is discovered Bordynuik has drawn no salary the two conclusions that result are equally disturbing.

Either he has been selling shares to survive for 7 months.

Or,

He has made such obscene amounts of cash off of this company , as shareholders have lost obscene amounts of cash, that he can actually live off of it and not take salary for that great length of time.
