This was a brief email I received from Tom 15 min ago.  Although it is unfortunate that we did not get this 10K finalized by now, it WILL happen folks IMO!!

Yoda's message about the knee jerk reactions going on here are spot on.  Tom CANNOT do anything about how long the auditors hold up the filing.  Its locked and loaded IMO. Final steps IMO.
