That is a possibility, but smart people buy a stock based on its future performance not its past performance. Currently there is nothing that indicates to the public that we are going to see any movement in the next 2 weeks or next 2 months. So logic would dictate that a smart investor would keep buy off little chunks waiting to see if they can get a better price. We are seeing massive volume happening in spurts recently. Almost like someone knows .002 aren't going to be here long and .001 are never coming... and news is coming sooner rather than later.

Again, just the way I am reading the tea leaves.
