The money flow is as follows:
Pipe Investors -> company coffers -> Props and Mr. Bordynuik's pockets to the tune of $60M.
The other direction:
Mr. Bordynuik's misrepresentations and fantastic stories -> investors' ears.
It's that simple. It would be hard for anyone to siphon off any significant money out of that overwhelming path. Any idea how long it would take to match that $60M if the 'boogeymen' could make an impressive 10% off of each and every trade, trading the entire average volume of JBI?? That would be around 300 years. Mr. Bordynuik's lies about $10/bbl crude oil with a market value of WTI-$3 swindled investors out of that amount very efficiently in a relatively much shorter five years.
