Do you have any sense at what might be keeping this company from really taking off (saleswise) after all this time, all the contacts, trade shows, meetings, technology tests, and papers? Is the technology just something that's not needed too much? Still being worked on? Not well known? Is it pretty great, but maybe not as great as some of the many others out there? This would be really useful to know - it seems like a few years ago the company was so new that it seemed unlikely there'd be big profits. Now, if the product is fantastic and badly needed, it seems like it'd have taken off by now ... ?
