I guess one reason could be what you said JB, maybe they are filing orders and all that good stuff but not making it public as yet in order to raise money to buyback at basement prices. Once the buyback is complete then they can go ahead with the monumental PR. I say it again, it's nice to know that once this think gets going they we have that concession for at least 5 years.
