I agree, from another post, It is one of the chief reasons why I quit paying!
I sent one in and the Admin got right back to me saying it is currently under investigation and is being looked into. So I think the more complaints they get the better the situation might get.

you should see from last summer what I sent to someone between me and dave of crap hub! I know that person gonna laugh when he reads this! LoL!
