I believe you are correct. The last financials posted via the company website were effective 2/28/2014 and posted 4/14/2014:

The information listed in Emylers post is a direct copy from otcmarkets under the financials tab. The latest date shown is 2/28/2014 which is consistent with the above link.
Again, the latest word from the company forum was that the rice #15 info would be updated with the 10Q for the period ending August 31 2014.
