Information on the site, I believe, is meant to be expressed in very general terms. They won't publish information such as the Bahama land purchase until it's been formally announced in a PR. Note that they are using phrases such as "proposed acquisitions" and "financial projections". IMO, these are meant to be consumed as forward looking until such time that they disclose via PR an actual agreement in place.
