Could be however, you never know for sure, a big surprise could come any day! Could be that this may be the last time to purchase shares in the low .05 range! Something has to give sooner or later, the zoning is not an issue, at least that's what I got out of that meeting last night. The council just delayed it a month to let the discontent fell like they actually have a say in the outcome, that's a done deal.
