ICBT is a majority owner of Canwealth Minerals (60.9%). Canwealth currently has the rights to lucrative Shadow Mountain mineral claims in Mississauga Ontario. The results of the assay show the potential for 11.6 BILLION in rare earth elements. Once again, this mineral testing was performed by AGAT laboratories in Canada in 2011 .
Canwealth Minerals has filed for an IPO through NASDAQ (does not mean it'll be listed on the NASDAQ). The preliminary estimate, according to the filing, is that the IPO will be worth $15 million.
