I believe up you stated Sal may be Chairman of the Board, not Chief Executive Officer. This is a Huge difference. Angel is the brains (Steve Jobs) behind the entire operation, I'm sure he's not going anywhere.

I think we will be impressed as it sounds like they're trying to line this up like a major company/ corporation, with an up listing possibly in the works.
