Wow- first naked shorting never occurred on OTC stocks. Then it happened occasionally, but was covered immediately. Now it is part of everyday trading in a riskless principle transaction but usually covered immediately. The new talking point is that there is no abusive NSS on the OTC. My head is spinning. I can't keep up with the ever changing bullshit the bashers put out.
