didnt look like it from the pic but nice sized 56000 DWT Supramax -Panamax start at 60k tons-coming from Korea -due 17th
look at gross tonnage -GRT- which is suppose to be an accurate reflection of tons as per hard fought GRT intl convention-but from what i've read shipowners nevertheless lie thru their teeth on GRT because some license fees and taxes are based on GRT- humans!
so GRT in a commercial bulker usually understates ca 40% but here DWT is almost double GRT

subtract ballast and wght of humans and supplies to get actual carrying capacity of ca 53000 tons
