the judge allowed the imo ridiculous TX venue due to Geos claims of fraud by Shirley re Geo BEFORE Shirley joined CWRN -
but from the record I've seen so far Geo never pursued that angle -never even deposed Shirley Aug 2 2013 when both Shirley -having come from Mexico at great personal expense (Bobs attorney notes on the record) and Bob were present for a deposition
so Geo will argue they paid for some equip -remember the previous browbeating of the supplier to add Geos name to the equipment-the supplier doesnt care about those things -he just wanted to be paid
while ignoring CWRN's claims that Geo withheld and commingled millions etc- very bizarre 1 sided TX case-everything should've been handled in one case in 1 court without all these delays
