Well you got it half right as usual. There is no one selling TelVue and there are no shorts covering. Not that a short would cover at these prices. They would love to have someone sell some shares to use in the manipulation of the share price.
Any one who wants to short here would be stone crazy but those who have been short for years have got to get some shares to control people's mind.
This company is the key of course. Shorts are shaking in their boots and you know it. If this company becomes able to deliver a sizeable profit and declare a dividend there is not a damn thing that shorty can do about it except scramble to buy.
