Well, the inconvenient police stop in TX that 4k mentions now and then!
This is just my theory & opinion...
BUT... TEXAS is the key!
IF the SEC & DOJ had not contained the mess and confined it to the iHub Eleven...
HOW MUCH MORE DAMAGE would have been done to the FRAUDsters IF a case had been opened in TEXAS by TEXAS authorities determined to get to the bottom of the mysterious quarter-million dollar speeding car stopped with so much $$$$$$$$$ in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night??????
If only THE STOP had been in Mississippi or Alabama!
